What do I do if my personal details change?
If your address changes, please contact Client Services on Toll Free 1800 354 182 or +61 2 9270 3682. If other details change, for example email or phone numbers, you may telephone or email enquiries@cityindex.com.au.
How do I transfer funds in to my City Index account?
You can transfer funds in to your City Index account by using a credit card either online or by calling our Client Services team. Please note that you must have a credit card registered on your City Index account in order to pay online. To do this please contact Client Services on Toll Free 1800 354 182 or +61 2 9270 3682.
How do I transfer funds out of my City Index account?
In order to transfer funds out of your City Index account, you will need to phone Client Services on Toll Free 1800 354 182 or +61 2 9270 3682. To further protect our clients from identity fraud, we will only return funds to clients via the same method they were received. For example, if you deposit funds into your City Index account via credit card, funds will be returned to you via the same credit card, which must be registered on your account.
Note. Your City Index account can remain open with a zero cash balance.
